After attempting a refinance on our home loan with Bank of America, Quicken Loan and other loan companies I was asked for many many items to get the loan which slowed down the process. Our loan was an owner finance refinance. Bank of America said they had not seen that before. Quicken loan wanted appraisals and new contacts between myself and the previous owner. We needed our loan to process in less than 30 days when loans took at least 45 days or longer to process. They did it in the 30 day window. They were very efficient and thorough. No stone was left unturned. I give them 5 stars!

Being able to do everything electronically was great! It provides the option for some one who doesn't live in Austin to still conduct business with Barton Creek Lending. Very fast and efficient process.
