Reasonable, Responsive, Quality Assessments, Solution-oriented, Good Communicators I had to replace my 5-star mechanic, who was outstanding, but unfortunately went out of business for non-business reasons. My expectations were high, but Bassitt met them in an effective first business experience. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful service We brought our Ford Freestyle in for a recommended maintence and learned that we had more pressing issues. Mike helped us prioritize repairs to get some fixed right away and do a few in a couple of months. Service was quick and efficient even allowing us to have the car back the same day. We had been given a quote and when I picked it up, the final price was a bit cheaper. Not by much but who does need to save $20!? Very happy. Very satisified We are return customers to Bassitt Auto and again found the experience to be excellent. From the beginning when we arrived for our appointment we were greeted right away, problem was explained and we left our car for diagnostic's. Later we got a call that the car had received a complete examination and was test driven and there were no problems found. Excellent Service! Bassitt Auto did a wonderful job with our Honda Pilot. It needed several things done plus routine maintenance. Mike called and gave me a thorough update with prices and was very understanding when I told him we could only do part of it right now. Zero pressure to do more. He even told me exactly what could wait until later. He said it would be done noon the next day but it was actually done by 5:00 same day! A pleasant surprise. Auto Service Quick My car was dead. Stuck at the place of death. Called a Anderson's Tow company. Had them tow my rig to Bassitt Auto Repairs. The very next day Bassitt Auto called me and said what they had found and what needed to be repaired. I had my rig by 5pm that day. Super fast and they also found other problems that may have saved my car more repairs. I will be back for more service from them. My repairs were Alternator was bad. Oil Leak I have gone to Bassitt Auto for years and have always been happy with their service. This time I had oil leaking from my car in the garage. I knew it was my oil plug as they had told me the last time I had my oil changed they had trouble getting the plug secure. Sure enough 6 months later it was leaking.
