Brillant I enjoy calling Bassitt Auto, they are friendly and accommodating. They seem to always have time to change my oil. They have given me estimates for future work, so I can save for this expense which will keep my Subaru in top shape.
Professional, patient, and speedy--worth the price Everyone I worked with or spoke to at Bassitt Auto was friendly and patient. When we had questions about the repairs, they took the time to answer them and to show us what was going on. When I compared their prices to estimates from other mechanics in the area, they were comparable, but sometimes a smidge higher (5-8%). Worth it. They've got my business the next time I need work done.

Quick Turn-Around, Great Communication I recently took my vehicle in because my check engine light had come on. The tech explained the issues my car was having and listed them from highest to lowest priority so I knew which repairs needed to be done right away. I appreciated the info. I was given, as I was able to delay one of the repairs for several months. The folks at Bassitt are great and a pleasure to do business with. I love the 1950's diner décor and the free coffee, too!

Ford Explorer Repair Have taken my 2002 Ford Explorer on a regular basis to Bassett. The vehicle has been a good car, but as is true by 170,000 miles, parts need to be replaced due to wear. So in the past 3 months have had to put in $3000 of repair due to coolant system, front brakes, alternator and most recently fuel pump. As a female in the tech field I truly appreciate the excellent communication provided by Bassett on my car. I would definitely recommend Bassett to anyone.

Stands up to their warranty. I had a part fail that they previously installed and they stood by their warrenty. My repair was completed, with notifications of any changes happening during the repair. Delightful check in area at this business. Old time soda bar and nostalgic memorabilia. Best mechanic service I have experienced.
Great service and quality work however too expensive I've been coming to Bassitt for over 15 years and they always do great. However, their prices are high and every time I contemplate looking for a more reasonably priced repair shop.
