I am very happy with Bassitt Auto. I have had issues with my Toyota Dealership, selling "Fear" and inaccurate diagnosis as it relates to my Camry. Dealership stated, I needed Struts and Shocks Immediately! A very Competent and well trained Technician at Bassitt simply "Tightened" a few bolts and they have been perfect for the last 70,000 Miles! I am so grateful to have found a place where I can take my cars and feel trust in whatever needs to be done is in integrity. The use of a loaner car is so special when one has no one to call upon to take them home while vehicle is being fixed. Thank you all.....sharon
