My van refused to start and had to be towed to Bassitt. I had never had car issues previously and so have never had to go to a mechanic for repairs. They made things really simple for me and called frequently to give me updates on repairs, cost, and when my car was ready. I didn't even have an appointment when my car was brought in, but they worked it in and I had my car back in a day and a half. Nobody wants to fork out 900 bucks to fix their car, but they did a great job and it runs great now!

They did exactly what was expected and beyond. Charged as per estimate, kept us informed as to what was happening with our vehicle, asked questions, listened. Could not have asked for better service.

Used two other places before going to Bassitt upon recommendation from a friend. I have never had an issue with them, they tell me what needs to be fixed NOW or what can wait, prices seem to be reasonable for the work done and I trust them. Service is fast and they loan me a car. None of the other places I used even came close to Bassitt.
Ok, More than the coffee. Bassitt is filled with people who not only care, but know their business. They have created a place where a person can feel comfortable talking or waiting for their vehicle. The office is run by a friendly staff that is open to conversation or just waiting with you. My vehicle was finished in great time with all the work that had to be done. When I had a question, the service manager called and answered quickly.
Once again Bassitt has provided great service. I have been a customer for some time now and Bassitt has always exceeded my expectations. Thanks you.
