The whole process was excellent from the first phone call to sales to install. Love my new shower! From the moment I scheduled a consultation to the final product, their staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I also love the customization feature on the site to see what your bathroom can become. 1st they do it in a day. 2nd they leave no mess! **** installed my tub and he was great!

The installer did a good job, however, the tub extended out farther than expected, and thank God I asked him to replace the vanity/sink before he left because it didn't fit into the space any more!!! He had to cut some of the trim to make the sink fit. Now the top of the toilet doesn't sit on the toilet all the way! Plus he broke the little handle on my bathroom window. But the tub looks great!
