We had our bathroom converted recently and this week had the ceiling panel installed. Bath Fitters did a beautiful job. The ceiling panel looks great. So glad we had this done.

Would definitely recommend BATHFITTERS. We had a terrible experience with a different company and a 2day no hassle install stretched to almost 2 months for a simple shower install. We got out of the contract thankfully with that company and we tried BATHFITTERS. And the experience all the way around was terrific. They installed it in one day. These guys are great. Our project was difficult as they could not do the normal process of installing over an existing shower. It had to be removed and it was 100 year old cast iron. Just removing the old shower took hours. Im sure everything took longer than expected and not one complaint from the installers. In the end there was a miscommunication on the shower door I wanted and they didnt stop until I was 100% satisfied. Ive never seen such customer service and concern for satisfaction anywhere else. Great experience with our main bath tub replacement so we had them do our shower in our other bathroom. Greg the salesman knows the products and was very helpful and no pressure. The plumber was nice and got it done fast. Matt the installer did a great job was very nice and cleaned up everything after he was done. Another great job. Thank you.

Salesman was great! Install with Jimmy was fantastic. He made it so easy and beautiful when finished! I have done a lot of home updates with disappointment and problems so Bath Fitters was a great treat! I would highly recommend Bath Fitters.
