From Tony our sales person to Mike our installer, the service and expertise were spot on. Tony took the time to explain why bath fitters was different from the other places. Not only are they the only all in one shower system (no corner seams), their warranty really stuck with us as we have no plans to move. Then came install setup, they worked with us on a day that worked for us and our schedule. I had a one piece tub/shower removed and a new tub installed. Very clean, very informative. Worked with me to resolved an issue with the shower head angle. Very satisfied with the final result. Installer was very professional, and management was very helpful.<br /> <br /> <br />

Am totally satisfied with the complete service, from sales through the installation of product.
