***** ***** sold us on Bath Fitter of Buffalo. We wanted to get rid of our show and put in a walk in shower but wasnt sure who to go with. We tried another shower company but chose Bath Fitters. ***** made it easy with his iPad how our bath would look . And that sold us. ***** came and took out our bath tub by himself and put in our new walk in shower . It took ***** 4 hours amazing. No mess to cleanup. But a beautiful walk in shower. I love my new walk in shower, worker was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone i know. And If I had to do it again i would call them.

Chuck did an amazing job replacing our shower on 10/6/25. He arrived on time, reviewed our order, explained the process and completed the replacement in 1/2 a day! Chuck was friendly, polite & professional. He was neat & clean. The shower is amazing both in function and how fantastic it looks. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter, our sales rep Vinny & installation "guru" Chuck!
