Excellent! ******* was on time to start the job. He worked continuously throughout the day and left us with a beautiful new shower. ******* was great to work with, friendly and professional. This was the second time we used Barhfitter to redo a shower. First the kids because something was leaking. It looked so nice I wanted a new shower too. The experience was great! The *** A was knowledgeable, and courteous with great attention to detail and made sure he was meeting my expectations and needs for the installation of my new shower. He checked with me for placement of the certain things, like the grab bars. He explained how everything works. I am amazed at what he did in a day and the final product. The entire process with all those involved from planning to cleanup was a pleasant, positive experience. Thank you, Bath Fitter!

I was amazed how quick the install was. Not only took out a complete tube and shower unit and fixture's. Then installed a tube, walls, ceiling cover, and all new plumbing fixtures, shower rod- 1/2 day-!!!!! Then explained the recommended cleaning, use of the plumbing fixtures. And cleaned up all the mess. Simply outstanding-!!! We are so far absolutely pleased with Bath- Fitters.

***** ***** sold us on Bath Fitter of Buffalo. We wanted to get rid of our show and put in a walk in shower but wasnt sure who to go with. We tried another shower company but chose Bath Fitters. ***** made it easy with his iPad how our bath would look . And that sold us. ***** came and took out our bath tub by himself and put in our new walk in shower . It took ***** 4 hours amazing. No mess to cleanup. But a beautiful walk in shower.
