The installer was fantastic! He did a huge amount of work and finished it in one day. It looks amazing and I'm very happy with the completed project.
The sales guy Tony was knowledgeable and was very accommodating as I am very picky the guy that actually did the bathroom his name was Rob and he was as knowledgeable with the product got everything demoed and put in the new walk-in shower I'll by himself and did an amazing job I am so pleased with my experience with bath fitter and the gentleman that helped us get it all together

From my first call to Bath Fitter right through the installation and completion of the job, I have been extremely happy with every contact and aspect of the project. Our committee manages an apartment house with 2 apartments in the old manse that our church owns. The tub/shower in our recently vacated apartment needed to be refinished before we could rent it again. Anthony G our sales rep was amazing, educated on the product and worked with us to create our bathroom! Chuck and Joe A were our install team and they were professional, experienced and did an amazing job with the install. They called the day prior to go over what to expect, an arrival time and confirm all the pieces we had chosen! I recommend taking the leap, the process is so easy, all of the staff we worked with were friendly and the time frame is ideal for families that need working bathrooms!
