We had a really great experience from Dan V. In about 4 hours, he came an removed our old tub\shower combo and replaced it with a shower so its easier for our parents to get in and out of. Would absolutely recommend Bathfitter if you can afford it; You really get what you pay for.
Joe A and Chuck were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, I didn’t have to do anything when they left. The shower is better than I expected. I don’t know why we waited so long

The installer was fantastic! He did a huge amount of work and finished it in one day. It looks amazing and I'm very happy with the completed project.
The sales guy Tony was knowledgeable and was very accommodating as I am very picky the guy that actually did the bathroom his name was Rob and he was as knowledgeable with the product got everything demoed and put in the new walk-in shower I'll by himself and did an amazing job I am so pleased with my experience with bath fitter and the gentleman that helped us get it all together

Our shower looks great but we originally asked if they used calk in the seams and the salesman said they used very little. We didn't want a bunch of calking because , as always, any silicone calking will turn moldy over time. They actually use calking in every seam they could. We'll see how it looks over time. I wish he could have been truthful in the first place.
From my first call to Bath Fitter right through the installation and completion of the job, I have been extremely happy with every contact and aspect of the project. Our committee manages an apartment house with 2 apartments in the old manse that our church owns. The tub/shower in our recently vacated apartment needed to be refinished before we could rent it again.
