From the consultation to the installation was exactly like told to us. No extra $ surprises. We worked with Joe A. Who showed up on time ready to work with all supplies needed. He worked through the day to complete the job as promised. He explained any questions we had. Our shower looked perfect when he was done. It was a pleasure working with him and bath fitter
