Billy our salesman and Dylan our installer were both excellent!! We are extremely pleased with our new tub to walk-in shower conversation, it looks fabulous!! Joe A. did a remarkable job removing my original tub and a drain trap (ancient plumbing). The soaker tub, surrounds, grab bar and towel racks were expertly installed. And all the debris was removed. Highly recommend.
