Today, Wednesday, 9/3/2025, I was blessed to have Mekeila answer my desperate call for help in enrolling in the mobile banking app. She VERY kindly and patiently helped me on a process, that for several issues on my end of the 2 calls, took almost 45 minutes to complete—the slow down was because of my uncertainty, but she didn’t despair!
