This was by far the greatest experience with a bank personnel. It’s good to know there is a person like Kerra, friendly and easy to talk with and to,. I was so taken away with her lovely personality. Kerra is one of the people a business needs to put out front, Today was also a learning experience about phone usage. It’s a story the both of us can tell and laugh about. Most enjoyable visit.
