Kerra was absolutely fantastic. I called and sat on hold for a while, then decided to try the “chat” feature and that worked fine until the “connection was lost”. I was frustrated and called back and was connected to Kerra. She was able to quickly answer all of my questions. It’s so refreshing to see that customer service is not dead.
