I believe the young lady's name was Kate that assisted me today with my credit card increase she was very professional, very helpful, and I explained her that I've painted other banks but I really love baton rouge Telco Federal credit Union and I have always been treated with respect and kindness each and every time I've dealt with them if I don't have her name correct please find out who helped me it was roughly at 12:30 Friday Aug 16, 2024.

As someone new to managing their own finances and applying for their first credit card, this has been a wonderful experience. Mrs. Kate Zieske has been super helpful and straightforward about every requirement and has made the entire process easy to understand.
