I can’t say enough good things about Kerra at the Hammond branch. She has helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. She was in the process of assisting me in managing my elderly mothers account, whom I had power of attorney, and had been a victim of an elaborate scam. Literally the day after we first me, my mother visited the bank to get a new credit card. She had a cardiac event and collapsed. Kerra immediately called me, while attempting to save my mothers life.
