I recently started with Bay Pines and so far everyone has been awesome! My GSD Cosmo is "difficult" and Dr. Palo has been so patient, helpful, and understanding. I have had poor experiences with local vets and am so happy to have found someone that doesn't treat us like an inconvenience. Appreciated the great service as well as the follow up call to check on him. Thank you!

Dr. Palo is just amazing!! 2 years ago she helped my Gracie, who was diabetic, had pancreatitis, and had cushings, Dr. Palo did everything in her power to make her last days as comfortable as possible. After her passing, the kindness and compassion that she showed to us was unmatched, I am so grateful to her. We have since gotten 2 puppies and she shows the same love and kindness to them, I would recommend Bay Pines to anyone
We had to put our beloved Sophie down on Sunday at your clinic. I must say your facility which we have used for the last 10 years didn't disappoint! It was after hours, but the Dr. was kind, professional, understanding, and comfort ing. She took her time and treated us with the most kind heart. We appreciate the kindness and understanding given in such an emotional time. Thank goodness for Bay Pines!
Our Rescue Pup Rosie has been seen at Bay Pines for about 3 years now. We were actually clients over 20 years ago but left the area for a while. Rosie had a lump on her leg at our most recent visit and the vet eased my mind after her exam. All is well and the staff was awesome. It’s still my favorite vet clinic ever!❤️
It was time to let our 19 year 8 month old Chihuahua go as his health issues finally took their toll on him. We brought him in as an emergency and Dr. Rebecca Jarvis examined him. We talked about what we should do though we already knew in our hearts what the most compassionate though most difficult decision needed to be. Dr. Jarvis was a true Angel and guided us with great empathy and professionalism and know she spoke from the heart. Tracy and the staff are so wonderful. Little Bella Joy is doing well because of the care that she is given. My only complaint is that they cannot come to Florida for the winter. Fantastic and caring always.

We moved to Petoskey about a year and a half ago. I had an elder doggo at the time named Jaeger. I wasn't sure he would even live through the trip (about 400 miles, one way.) When I called to establish care for him, they got him in A.S.A.P., & completely changed his meds which gave him a lot more time. A lot more QUALITY time. Since then, they were there every step of the way with the best possibly care for him. We made the impossibly sad decision to let Jaeger go on 3/22/22.
