 RecommendedBay Pine’s was able to get our dog in the other day for an urgent and scary situation. Dr Heidi was fantastic with her and in explaining things to me. I felt that our dog was given the best care possible and truly cared about also. It is important to note that we’d never been to Bay Pines before and they didn’t hesitate to see her. They even contacted our vet for records so I could focus on getting her to their office. Dr Heidi then called the next day to check in. We’re so very grateful for their care!Â

Beyond excellent! Had a sick senior cat need attention and was worked in on the day before a holiday. Spoke to Becky on phone twice and she very sweet. Doctor was really nice and attentive. Would recommend them.Â
The staff is great with my senior dog, Joey, and we are always seen promptly so that takes the stress out of our visits.Â
We have a young golden retriever puppy and were fortunate enough to find Bay Pines and Dr. Dulak. We are confidant that our dog is in the best hands possible.Â
I've been going to Bay Pines for many years, they have always taken such good care of my pets, Sandy was almost 6 weeks old when I got her, and she was 17 years old when I lost her, they took such great care of her while she was with us, Rusty and Evander, and Maggie is now 12 years of age, they are very thorough with my dogs, and now with Ivy, new puppy, they are all so paitent and kind, they all have done a wonderful job with my pets, I would highly recommend Bay Pines.Â
Edited to add that Dr Jarvis is also TOP NOTCH! My dog had a slip and fall and Dr Jarvis made room in her busy schedule to see her and give excellent care. Megan was also so friendly and helpful! Dr. Palo, Heaven, and the rest of the staff at Bay Pines always go above and beyond for my Labradoodle, Scotta, and cat, Jim Bean. They took such good care of Riff, Jazz and Dibs while we were away. They went above and beyond to keep the old guy (16+) eating. I really appreciate it, as I was concerned about leaving him.Â
The whole staff is so compassionate. I’ve always been able to get my animals in quick. Dr. Jarvis is down to earth and she loves her job. My puppy recently had to stay a week in their ICU and they were so sweet to him he actually gets excited to go to the vet now. I always suggest Bay Pines to anyone who asks!Â
