My husband and I just moved to the area from Indianapolis, IN and were in need of a new vet clinic for our 19 month old French Bulldog “Venice”. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we were able to get an appointment that same day. The vet tech was so friendly when bringing our dog to us after her appointment. All I have to say is my puppy of 6 months old was not feeling well. I called after 24 hours and the receptionist gave me the best advice. I gave her all the symptoms and she gave me the options I could choose from and her best advice . I took advice and watched her all night and called in morning and they fit me right In . The got my cute puppy in with a busy schedule and the dr called within 15 minutes and told me what she saw . Thank you to Dr. Jarvis and the Bay Pines staff for caring for our sick Yorkie when we visited from out of town. Can’t say enough about their kind and professional manner.
I brought my dog in with an eye injury and was really glad to see all the precautions they’re taking at Bay Pines. We called from the parking lot and they came out to the car to get him and bring him in. They called to explain what was going on, and then the masked vet that brought him back out to us explained again how to administer his meds. Completely contact free, and as always, excellent vets. Thank you so much for taking care of my good boy!
