the plumber came to do a maintenance inspection and found a leak and fixed it. I had a slow leak that soaked my wall. I recommend the HVAC and plumbing inspections.

My downstairs AC unit was not putting out cold air. The service technician came out the next day and was on time. Come to find out the power surge the neighborhood had reset the Thermostat settings. The push of a few buttons fixed the issue. I appreciate what was done but $95 for pushing a couple buttons is a bit much for two minute job.
