RecommendedI had a plumbing emergency - Bayonet was able to send someone out the same day. Chris arrived and I explained to him the problem. He advised what he was going to do to fix the problem and about how long it would take. Chris was polite, professional and competent in his work. Such a relief when you are in a time of need.

I do recommend Bayonet. If you need a plumber ask for Todd Brown. Todd has gone above and beyond for us the three times he has been to our Townhouse. I can’t forget Monica in the office has been a big help also.
Our AC went out and they came the next day, Joey and Hammer put in the new unit and Mike gave us a room AC unit until ours was replaced. We can’t say enough about this company and our two installers. Thank you so much Bayonet Plumbing!!

Bayonet went above and beyond for our family. As we were dealing with the sudden shock of losing my sister, making last minute preparations to fly out of town and get our dog sitter situated the AC in our house went down. Stuck between a rock and a hard place Bayonett came to our rescue and within less than 24 hours not only was our AC up and running our whole unit was replaced at no cost under the MVP plan that they offer. I see a lot of mixed reviews about Bayonet. My personal experience with 2 employees specifically has been excellent. Alexandra who works in the office is super helpful, patient and friendly. She deserves a raise! David Rossi who was my technician to repair an A/C leak was outstanding as well. Good help is hard to find and these two people are keepers!

Bayonet ran new ducts through our entire house and cleaned 2 that were not accessible to resolve a lingering odor in our house. Every other company I called basically shrugged their shoulders and couldn't solve the problem. Sean, the estimator at Bayonet, was empathetic and dedicated to get the job done and eliminate the odor! Their team, led by Paul, worked 2 long days replacing the ducts. We had water on our garage! We notified Bayonet and Xander Janse van Rensburg was the employee who came yesterday who noticed that the water heater was leaking! He replaced the water heater with a new one quickly and very efficiently! He has excellent Customer service and we recommend Bayonet without hesitation! He is a excellent employee, very courteous, friendly and human! Kudos to Bayonet and keep up the good work!
