Made an emergency call to Bayonet Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning after attempting to change out the valves under a bathroom vanity when the pipe in the wall broke off. The call center staff was friendly and professional, quickly assessed the problem and set up an appointment that night. Bayonet was the company that installed all of the heating/AC in our new development. The first call I made was 2 months after moving into the house and the AC went out. The technician came, and he was a kind man and found the issue and fixed it. A loose wire on the outside unit kept tripping the system! A LOOSE WIRE on a 2 month old system that was suppose to be signed off as in good working order by the contractor overseeing the build.....!!!
