The call center staff was friendly and professional, quickly assessed the problem and set up an appointment that night. RecommendedBayonet was the company that installed all of the heating/AC in our new development. The first call I made was 2 months after moving into the house and the AC went out. The technician came, and he was a kind man and found the issue and fixed it. A loose wire on the outside unit kept tripping the system!
