I had a tight deadline to replace my water heater or risk losing home insurance coverage. Bayonet was able to quickly schedule an appointment for an estimate and to gather necessary details for the replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to do the install on the same day. Todd Brown was the technician and was friendly and professional. He explained to me what I needed to know with the new unit and finished the job within a few hours. I will definitely be using Bayonet again.
Technician Larry Ostermann responded to a service call at my new home and went above and beyond the work order. He checked my unit's Freon, adjusted all the vents, and checked both the inside & outside units completely. He not only took care of the work order, but also ensured the entire cooling and heating system was working perfectly. OUTSTANDING customer service! Very knowledgeable and really enjoys his job...simply impressive! Thank you.

Last night technician Todd Brown came to our house and gave us hot water after 4 days of no hot water. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around.
