The service manager Josh was very thorough and explained everything very well. My Land Cruiser was in and out of service in about an hour. They were able to do everything I needed. They washed my car too! The lobby, waiting area, is extremely nice and comfortable.

I went in months ago because my seat latch was broken and they said they would order the part. They ordered it but nobody called me so it was returned so I had to do it again. This visit, they couldn't find my reservation even though I got text and email confirmations and while everybody was kind and helpful, they seemed overwhelmed and I was keeping them from doing something else. The visit also cost 1200 when I was quoted half that
