Everything was okay. Nothing to report that was a problem for me on 12/9/2024.
We had an emergency road situation goi g through Nashville. Pulled into the dealership unannounced, they acknowledged us immediately treated us with courtesy, professionalism & immediacy. Kept us informed throughout the process of our vehicle issue. Much appreciated to all involved!!
My car was a mess after rodents chewed the wires. Christina was a calm and helpful person through the extended hours to get it all fixed. A shout out to the nameless crew in the shop that got it all fixed.

Our sales associate was phenomenal! Luz-Elena went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase experience. The sales manager Tim was very professional and did everything he could to get to us where we needed to be. Dana in finance was a joy to work with. Explained everything honestly and thoroughly. There was another Finance man that came over during the discussion that nearly lost our business! He was rude and condescending unfortunately I don't have his name.
Met with service dept manager, regarding "perceived difference" between fuel gauge and mileage remaining before empty tank. Discussed difference at length. Also received promise to replace incidental items removed during final prep for delivery. Delayed arrival on I 65 due to PU truck w/trailer confrontation with 18 wheeler. Called ahead to notify Beaman service dept of accident and they promptly revise my scheduled arrival time.

Everything was fine... attention... reception... cordiality... the only thing missing was a filter that could not be replaced since it never arrived... and they did not have it available.
