I've had to take my vehicle twice for a tire repair My 1st service rep the 1st week was not as helpful as the Service rep Im currently working with Sean. He has great. He shows empathy & genuinely cares about resolving issues. Sean is a credit to your service team.

Service was good. There client in take could be faster. I had appointment and still waited 30 minutes before a client advisor was assigned to come talk to me. Once they started process was smooth. They were professional and listened my concerns. Great area to work while waiting car service to be completed.
The Service Advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about the status of my car.
