Senior management is extremely reasonable and will help you any way they can to make sure your service is done correctly. I didn't have much luck with my service advisor, but the service manager, Jarvis, made sure every single thing was corrected. Tempers flared (or frustrations, really) But we all kept trying and we got through it! We just had to be patient with one another and we got it done.
