Wrong part ordered, having to come back
They always communicate well and are super helpful every time I have my vehicle serviced.
My service was perfect what I thought it should be . Came in they wire my car up . I went set in waiting room where I had free coffee and a snack cake . There possibly 30 total and left.
The service advisor, Jack Munoz, was so nice. He went the extra mile to make the service experience, great!

I really like the Beaman Service Department. They do good work and with an appointment you are in and out in no time. They also have a spacious waiting area with comfortable seats. There is also a work area if you want to use it.
Kristen did a great job guiding me through my service, showing me the recommendations but not pressuring me into picking all or any of them. I really appreciate that. There's nothing I just like more than a ggressive sales pitch. Took a little longer than I thought it would as I booked for the first appointment I put on Saturday morning, however with the Starbucks coffee maker and comfortable seating, I was able to do some work and catch up on emails.
I always have the most pleasant experience! The staff is least so helpful and the work is always one very quickly and never had an issue !
