Amazing service - attention to detail, great explanations of what work had to be done. Natasha Wilson took excellent care of me.
Service was completed in a timely manner. Service technician was knowledgeable and they explained what was being done and how.
Dealership was bright and clean. Luis was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Loved the no pressure sales approach. Only downside was agreeing to have all the sales paperwork emailed to us. Never received it and have not been called back.
The service was ok, but after I left and got on the interstate I realized that the hood was not latched. Not good--could have been a disaster. I called three times and left messages for the service manager to let them know but received no call back so maybe the service manager will read this.
