I booked a valley view room but was told I booked a Mountain View. Valley view was a little more in price. I was to tired to argue about it. Neither view was that great but the property is pretty
The room was great, although the bed was hard. I had a bad back and couldn't get much sleep on it. You can hear everything. Doors slam often. Every conversation in hallway, many were loud and went on till 2am, since it is a casino. So I would definitely recommend if you are there to stay up late and gamble. It is not the best place to actually get sleep. The food is good.
I like everything, good service, love the views, is my 3rd time I visited Bear River Casino

We enjoyed our room it was very nice and quiet. The person who checked us in could have been a bit friendlier. The next morning as we left we had decided to play a few games and eat breakfast but as we walked through the casino with our bags (because we had just checked out) we were told that we couldn't have them on the casino floor. So we want to thank the very nice door man because by doing that we saved money because we simply left and went someplace else for breakfast.

Our staff was providing you the correct information regarding having luggage on the gaming floor, but we could have handled it differently and allowed time to place your bags in your car and parked your car in Valet Services. Very pleasant environment and employees. Food service, at restaurant, a bit slow
Room was decorated nice. Walls were thin so we heard the young children in the room next to us very loudly. Didn’t like that the entryway had a motion sensor so in the night if someone got up a bright light would go on. Cable package did not get NBC or CBS so was unable to watch football. Was hoping that casino had a better selection of “old time” machines and not the new ones
