Staff was very helpful and friendly
Beautiful property, awesome staff and restaurant was fabulous. Excellent food and service. Very good attention to detail. Walked around property every day and even bought gas at the gas station. Clean and when informing management of someone's pet messing on the floors staff took care of it immediately. Very pet friendly.

Loved staying at this fun, clean, and renovated hotel. Property and staff were welcoming and enjoyable. Only complaint was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and running around from 9pm through 5am.
Staff were very nice and accommodating. Prime rib dinner was excellent. Player's Club breakfast was very good. We will definitely be back.
Check in was slow, we were waiting for a room to be checked

Foamy jacuzzi spa needs attention.
The front desk lady was a grouch. Otherwise the casino employees were kind and the bartenders were wonderful. The beer at the casino bar was warm. The bed in our room was hard, but the pillows were decent.
This property was good. It is not a resort. It is a casino with hotel rooms and a restaurant. The hotel room walls are thin so there is noise from hallways, neighbors and plumbing above and to the sides. They kept a $25 deposit upon check-in for unknown reasons??? There is no room service or self serve bar in the room and I couldn't charge my meals to my room. The hotel/casino is newer, so it is not outdated. The furnishings, carpets and drapes were very nice.
