Nice hotel and casino. Only downside was limited eating options.

Clean and quiet. Restaurant was only open for breakfast, but snack bar was available. All interactions with staff were polite and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was incredibly nice but my window faced the parking lot, despite saying it would have a Mountain View. Bartender in the bar downstairs was rude

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the Eel River Valley. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast in the Bear River Grill was excellent.

Wanting a one day get-away from North Bay the easy 4 hour Redwood Highway drive to Bear River is always freeway pleasant. The staff - always courteous; restaurants never disappoint. A one PM checkout would add so much more to the experience. The smoke free Casino is clean and always entertaining. s/ John Paul from Petaluma
