Change in quality I have been a patient at Beautiful Smiles for years. During that time, I have had professional and courteous service. Over the past year, I have noticed a change in the service level. I addressed this concern with the front office staff and asked for a call from the owner. The high quality service exceeded my expectation. From the time my husband and I stepped in the office, the receptionist had the most beautiful smile that my husband commented, " I can see why the name of the business is Beautiful Smiles." Every staff member operated in such a spirit of excellence from the hygenist, dental assistant and the doctor. Also, the office interior design was immaculate. We traveled at least an hour and it was worth every mile.
The staff was professional, warm and courteous. More specifically, the dental hygienist was extremely comforting and knowledgeable in the root canal process that I will undergo later.

great experience I found the office visit enjoyable and productive, The Check-in process was smooth, the new dental hygienist was efficient and informative regarding the new approach used to clean my teeth and Dr. Breeden was excellent in her exam, review of xrays as well as answering of questions to have even better results during the next visit.
The check out process was excellent.
