Staff was professional. No problems. All was excellent!
Upon my arrival today , i was greeted and checked in very professionally and was even shown about the kiosk and how to use it. After entering the exam room and did all the exams needed , i was taken back into the waiting area and talked to the Dentist about things needed and explin about payment procedures and insurance . I have always loved the professionalism about everyone there , i am an old patient and will always be a patient of theirs.
Very nice Everyone is always so very nice and perfessional. My only concern was that my apopponent was scheduled for 11:50am and the doors were closed when I arrived. The door did not finally open until after 12pm as I had another appointment to get to after this one. Outside of that everything else was great.

Dentist and assistant were very professional and provided great info. I was informed when I checked in that I had a balance of 130.00. I did not think that was true and requested a review. No one called but I received a bill for 354.00. First bill I received in years. I called to question the bill and the young lady was very pleasant and helpful but could not explain why I had a bill of 354.00. We back tracked to Nov 2013. High Quality Service I was provided an exam, X-rays, and cleaning. Staff, as usual, we're professional, pleasant, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and providers of excellent services. The atmosphere was inviting and, of course, clean and beautiful-as usual.
Dental Visit Learned a lot about my oral health and my teeth condition. Mitsy was great and very informative. Not sure why I was informed today that I have a balance from 2014. They are looking into the matter and hopefully we will get it ironed ot.
Dental Cleaning New staff. I was very pleased with my cleaning today.
