Evaluation of your office customer service.
Dr Harris-Echols is no longer with the practice. They didn't tell us before they took my copay for my daughter's fillings. I have not met the new dentist or have not been notified of the change. The new staff seems young and very unprofessional. If I had not already paid the money, I would have walked out to find a new dentist.
Call your patient on there schedule time. My daughter had an appointment at 10 am. We made it here by 9:15 am. Now its 10:40 a.m and we still haven't been called to the back. Rude receptionist. Cascade need to do better. I love the one off old national
