Great staff, great care, reasonable prices and loss of love.
What has happened to your practice…we have been customers 20 years and lately we can’t get appointments for our pets when they are sick. I was on hold for 25 minutes just to be told that you could see me tomorrow if I came to your urgent care hours which charge almost double for the visit. We moved one of our pets to a new vet and now we are moving another.
We waited over 20 minutes after being seen by vet for nail clipping and meds. The vet was great but the cost of the prescriptions was way too high.
So disappointed today. I have my daughter's cat because she recently had a baby ... he's very stressed and hasn't adjusted. I explained this on the phone. Had a terrible time getting him in the carrier to go to the vet. I had the time wrong ... 3:40 v 3:20, and they wouldn't see us. Traumatized him for nothing. I won't be back ...
Totally distraught. I have been taking all of my animals here for many many years. I’m not sure what happened, but it has been very noticeable that within the last year things have changed greatly. My doodle went in for a teeth cleaning service this past Wednesday and it is now Saturday and he is still not 100%. I expected him to be groggy after receiving anesthesia for a simple teeth cleaning, but the state that he has been in, has been very upsetting to witness and has me completely feeling guilty for taking him there for ... read more
