After having spent $1,000's of dollars on the care of our small mixed Chihuahua breed Weasel, I am very disappointed that we had to pay for euthanizing him. This dog, started with care at Beechmont Pet when we received him as a rescue at approximately 9 months old. How can techs actually be allowed to keep someones pet. Unbelievable.
Took my elderly dog in for a visit. When I called and was asked what was going on, I was then asked if I was making an appointment to put her down. All I wanted was for her to get checked out. Typically we see Dr Larson whom I like. This time we saw Dr. Millette, I will never be back. She told me my dog is full of cancer and suffering and she should be put down. I just left a few mins ago, and I'm sad to say how disappointed I am. I have been bringing my animals here for years and have recommended you're office and had friends who's brought their animals there as well. My tinker is pregnant and we came for a check up. Dr Whitaker has the worst bed side manner. If you have bad news there is a lot better way of starting out besides us walking into the x-ray room and immediately the first thing being said to us was that there were dead babies inside my dog. Really disappointed. Take dog in last night and told the bill could be set up on payment plan. After buying his meds for over $100 we come to pick up then told we have a bill of nearly $400 and must pay all now or can't get dog. No payment plan offered like they told us last night. So today we have to scramble to try to get all of this money just to get pet back. Poor business and poor customer service.
I couldnt ask for a better vet for my 2 pugs Bailey and Sophie!
