We waited over 20 minutes after being seen by vet for nail clipping and meds. The vet was great but the cost of the prescriptions was way too high.

So disappointed today. I have my daughter's cat because she recently had a baby ... he's very stressed and hasn't adjusted. I explained this on the phone. Had a terrible time getting him in the carrier to go to the vet. I had the time wrong ... 3:40 v 3:20, and they wouldn't see us. Traumatized him for nothing. I won't be back ...

Totally distraught. I have been taking all of my animals here for many many years. I’m not sure what happened, but it has been very noticeable that within the last year things have changed greatly. My doodle went in for a teeth cleaning service this past Wednesday and it is now Saturday and he is still not 100%. Myself and my entire family have always brought our animals here. NEVER AGAIN! Late September they diagnosed my sisters dog with a torn acl. Our sweet Madre. They informed my sister it would be ok to save and prepare for surgery. My sister saved and made sure madre would get the surgery. $5000. Come December she calls for madres go to. I would not recommend them because my dog just died and they did nothing to try treat my dog. I very angry with this place.
Have been a long- term client and something has changed with the practice management. Highly recommend Dr. Larsen but am leaving practice. Appointments are extremely difficult to get, messages aren’t returned, follow-up is lacking and receptionists give veterinary advice which I believe is malpractice. I have been a long time dedicated customer to bph both for my rescue and personal animals. I absolutely enjoy seeing Dr Meyer and multiple other vets there. However over the past 2ish years there have been more and more problems there. Multiple of my fosters will not ever go back there and I've tried to stay despite all the problems for urgent care but even the extended hours are barely worth it anymore. I have no idea what is going on there but I definitely don't recommend them anymore.
they are not organized. used to be good and now they are so busy I don't feel taken care of esp after paying thousands of dollars there this year and still not having the right diagnosis.
