I’m very frustrated again with Beechmont Pet Hospital. My family and I have been a long time client and was just told today that my injured dog will have to come to Urgent Care tonight. I asked if they were down a veterinarian and was told they are getting the over flow from other vets which is the issue. I have been very loyal to Beechmont Pet Hospital but I’m never able to get my 4 animals in when they are sick because they are taking other people who are from another vet. Update 2020. Something has changed here at this vet. They only seem to care about money not about the health of your pet. I brought my dog in 2 days ago and they got me in to see a vet within an hour. Ran some lab work based of a fecal sample I brought and sent us home with a few different prescriptions. Last night my other dog became as ill as the first dog, exact same symptoms. I called the vet the first time this morning was rudely told there were no appointments and if I wanted to bring my other dog in for an emergency... read more

I sat for 30 minutes in my car waiting for them to get my dog to trim her nails. I watched them take in two dogs that got there after we did. If they were late for their appointment it should be canceled or they should have to wait. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Under zero circumstances should you take your pet to this hospital. The hospital is being mismanaged to the ground by a lady that takes no accountability for her terrible practices. My dog has been suffering from an ear infection for 2 months, after hundreds of dollars, numerous visits, and much stress, they are still no help. Avoid at all costs.

My dog had surgery for her luxating patella and Dr. Ben did a wonderful job. However, shortly after that she had another injury in another leg on 8/21. They got me in promptly. The vet came out to talk to me and said she is ok, we will see her back in two weeks, maybe it will just get better. We follow up, scheduled surgery for a torn ACL...Dr. Ben sent my dog home saying it will just heal on its own. 3 weeks later my dog is non weight bearing, has not gotten any better. my cat broke her paw and she had to come back 3 times in 7 days. 2 of the times because her splint fell off and they had to sedate my cat 3 times. i had to wait on every occasion at least 30 mins in my car with my cat. i paid decent money to have this issue fixed and im pissed off. horrible service

After having spent $1,000's of dollars on the care of our small mixed Chihuahua breed Weasel, I am very disappointed that we had to pay for euthanizing him. This dog, started with care at Beechmont Pet when we received him as a rescue at approximately 9 months old. After multiple surgeries to remove teeth, treatment for a broken jaw (caused at and by the vets office), another follow up for the broken jaw and finally testing to determine that he had cancer we have paid a hefty deal of money to Beechmont Pet to care for Wea... read more
