I think this facilities is quite lovely. I am currently living at home and feel that that is an independent living for me at this time. I do think that the assisted living apartments are very small compared to the independent living I saw. I also believe that the facility is a whole is very large, which would require a lot of walking if you can still walk. I feel that if I needed assisted living I might be restricted.

I was greeted by [name removed] the tour guide. We visited the individual units because I am interested in independent living. The units are very nice and have everything my husband and I would need to live there. The pricing and information about living there was given to me in a nice folder. [name removed] answered all my questions also. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this place for sure.

The experience with staff, the facilities, etc has been outstanding. Facility is always clean. [name removed] says the food is always very good. Staff we have dealt with have been helpful and extremely easy to deal with.

I would highly recommend Bellarose. My in- laws had only been there 3 days and the staff knew them by name and asking about my father -in-law as he went into the hospital only 3 days after moving in.

Warm, friendly staff that cares about making everyone feel at home! Yes, we would recommend Bellarose Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far. They are caring & attentive. [name removed] is really happy with menu options. That's always a challenge for some facilities I know! My feedback would be needs another exercise class later in day for those that don't want mornings if Bella ever wants your input.

Every one including the residents are always happy and smiling. They are a nice little family and everyone is included. The place also looks like a 5 star hotel inside and out and smells like fresh cookies, popcorn and coffee at different times of the day. The food is also very good with huge portions. It is always clean. We visit often and our only complaint is dad misses a lot of activities because he has dementia and they don't always make it to his room to remind him or escort him to the activities. When it comes to the cleanliness the overall facility is very clean but some times they don't do a good job of dusting my mom's room. The staff are very good to the residents and always seem to go above and beyond to help the residents. The facility itself is first class. Very secure with the new guest check-in system. The facility is too far too small for my liking. There were 30 independent living facilities and a shared kitchen with assisted living. I feel that I need more folks to socialize with. Limited amount of programs in an outdoor pool that would not be used 365 days.
