Our dad loves it there, but he needs so much care now there are things they will not do and the things they will do are all extra. It's quite an expense and thankfully the VA kicked in to help finally. They deliver the meals to his room since he will not come to the dining hall with his catheter bag. He doesn't mind paying extra for them to deliver. He doesn't eat a lot of it, but says they feed him well. We paid to have him bathed in his room, cleaned at least once a week. My one complaint would be that they need to realize that their clients are not used to high tech appliances and other items. My mother had memory problems. She had problems using the microwave and other things. The television required 2 remotes to work. I know these are minor problems which wouldn't affect you or I. They were major for my mom. Thank you so much for helping us with mom.
Bellarose has exceeded our expectations at every level when it comes to the care they are providing for my parents. The facility and staff are best in class. They continually go above and beyond caring for my parents. I highly recommend Bellarose.
Facility and amenities are really nice. First walked in, I expected it to more than it does for assisted-living. Staff can sometimes be hard to get a hold of and everything goes through central operate when trying to return calls. I hear everyone complain about the food and just chalk it up too resident not being able to make their own food.
Based off of our personal experience, we would recommend Bellarose Senior Living to those looking.
My loved one is currently a resident at Bellarose Senior Living and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The move in process went well. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities and value for cost are great as well. I would recommend Bellarose Senior Living to others!
It's very beautiful. Seems like I have questions and nobody has the answers. With her care and her medication's. We picked this community because of the location, gorgeous property spacious room activities. But there doesn't seem to be as many activities as they told me about for the assisted-living side.

Maintenance stinks. Carpet let go of some of the purse strings. Management could certainly let us know what's going on around here and what the problems are and what are the fixes and another thing. How about when they may be fixed as far as maintenance is concerned I've been in the field for over 40 years This place this place as far as maintenance is concerned is pathetic. This place needs stronger management and get management or corporate offer back.
