Beautiful facility. Great location. However, I felt it was a bit overpriced.
So far Bellarose has been a good experience. Overall, I find that the staff is helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and the food is good. I like that they have a lot opt options to choose from. I haven’t had a chance to participate in the activities that the offer yet because I’ve been so busy, but they do seem to have several things going on each day. This community is brand new and you can really tell. The community is beautiful almost mirrors a 5-star resort or hotel. It is a larger community the decor is wonderful and the landscaping is done very lovely. The staff is friendly and very nice. I just didn't think this would be a good fit for mom I think she might have gotten a little overwhelmed by the size.
I was very impressed with this community, the staff did an excellent job showing us around they took their time and answered all our questions. Their level of care here is more than what my father would need as he is still very independent but it would be one of my top choices for him when and if he does need this type of care. I would definitely recommend coming for a tour here. My dad did mention in leaving he thought everyone looked kind of old here, at which I just smiled.
Bellarosa is brand new and very nice, a bit short staffed in the dining area but they are working on that, my mom really likes her spacious room and has even brought in some of her own furniture to make it feel more like home. The staff is attentive, friendly and they encourage my mom to take part in many of the activities they offer as well. I arrived for tour and was told that the guide was out of the office and could I wait for "a while". My job is 25 minutes away from this facility and the tour was already going to bust my lunch hour so I left. No call, explanation or apology.

Bellarose Senior Living has a ton of areas they need to improve on. I honestly feel like the parent company Sagora Senior Living is more interested in making money than giving their residents a great experience for their money. It is a nice place but their food sucks and it feels more like a business rather than a home.

When you read the bad reviews - BELIEVE THEM! When we were looking for a place for our parents, we read the reviews (which were NOT good) and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, every bad review was true! The cottage is beautiful however, we were promised many services that were supposedly included in the monthly payment, but ended up being add-ons. Make sure they know they have to set appt up when the doctor rounds are now they are letting a nurse practitioner see the patience n make the rounds. Will they give u a time if u want to meet her there at Bella Rose? Doctor's office does not call back. I call again finally got a nurse to talk to that listened and heard the word infected . So now y they will send home health out to check the wound? And now several weeks later that's been infected they are sending an antibiotic for her to take! Whew it's been a mess.
