Ben is full of energy and always available at all hours. Every conversation my wife and I had with him was reassuring and gave us confidence in this crazy venture of buying a new home. Ben helped my wife and I buy our very first home, but he made us feel so comfortable and made it such a smooth process for us. I want to say "Thanks" to Ben and his staff at Atlantic Bay Mortgage. When I initially contacted Ben, in order to purchase my home, I had already jumped through hoops with a local credit union (that I have been a member of since 1984, consequently), with lackluster results. Ben hit the ground running, and never looked back, reassuring me along the way that everything was going to work out okay. When another Mortgage Company called a week before closing and said my family would not be getting a home for Christmas or even at all, Ben and his team picked up the pieces and got the job done. In 7 days from our first conversation we received news of a "clear to close". They worked hard for my family and remained confident in what they could accomplish. I have dealt with several mortgage brokers over the years. Some have been good yet others have been not so good.
