Your represenative was always professional, prompt and courteous. He was available day and night and responded promptly to all of our inquiries. His relationship with our broker facilitated the entire transaction.
We had a complex financial package to get our refi done. Ben put the right team on it, worked with us and our financial advisors and completed our closing documents to get us to the finish line in time for our vacation.
Ben was absoloutely awesome. I went through two other lenders to try and get my mortgage and was ready to give up. I was introduced to Ben and he got me an answer immediately in 2 to three days and we closed in two weeks. My loan was very complicated but Ben navigated me through the process.
