It has been a pleasure working with Ben! Prime Lending made my first home buying experience easy. Ben was always readily available even at odd hours and weekends. The online process was very efficient and I could even opt into receiving text messages to walk me through the loan process. I was very impressed with my dealings with Ben and the entire loan process from beginning to end. It started when I first called Ben on a Sunday afternoon. He was very willing to help my wife and I on a Sunday as we looked at a house and wanted to make an offer on that day. Ben Hawkins has been with us every step of the way! We purchased a home in the fall of 2017, my husband was laid off just before closing, and we lost the home we built from the ground up. It has been almost 40yrs since we purchased a home and a lot has changed. Primelending e-signature for most documents prior to closing was very convenient and allowed us to download all documents we signed. Hurricane Flo disrupted things a bit, but all went well. Final closing is still pending, but has gone very well.

I can't say enough good things about Ben. He was there every step along the way, got us the best rate possible and even helped us find temporary lodgings when the closing got pushed back due to an issue with the VA inspection.
