Bull-Dog-Ben gets it done. If you are looking for a loan officer, look no further. He is very available at normal and off hours, he is very experienced. When you get to the closing table their are no suprises. I have worked with Ben before and have seen what he does behind the scenes for his customers, that’s why I chose him to handle my loan. A+

Thanks so much for the review Darlene. Just to be clear on the fees being higher than expected. Due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control we had to switch your loan from Conventional to FHA. We discussed that the fees for FHA loans are higher at the time we switched the loan product. After switching the product we had to get what was essentially a new loan closed in 7 days which we accomplished. I just wanted to be transparent with folks who may read this review. Very reliable and there when you need him! He was there to answer questions 7 days a week, no matter what time. If you want someone who will keep your mind at ease and get the job done, Ben is your guy!
From the first time I contacted Ben regarding securing a loan to after we closed, Ben's accessibility and ability to answer our first time home buyer needs through the VA loan program was outstanding! Our closing happened in less than 2 weeks with less than stellar credit but Ben was able to provide solutions quickly and response was incredible. Very impressed with his execution of our loan.
Ben and his team worked tirelessly for us through obstacle after obstacle when my wife and I were buying our first house recently.
