Everything was explain I can't see how anything could have been done better, excellant care & i would come back & refer DR. Bergens to my friends... couldn't have gotten better care by everyone. Shirley
My appointment was with Michelle for my scheduled cleaning. Michelle as always treats me wonderful and does a great job.
Very impressed w/ an email tickler to provide QA feedback being a career IT Professional; wonderful use of today's technology. Would like to see Doctor-Patient interactive email exchange being implemented. This would tie into smart phone technology and make it simpler for patients to keep track of their appointments as well as ask questions regarding treatment plan, instruction, and/or assistance in refilling perscriptions. Overall experience was excellent, even after hours communication and support.
Dr. Bergen and all the staff were extremely pleasant. Never was there any wait time; always greeted upon entering, and always was there an explanation of any post care necessary. After a proceedure Dr. Bergen called me that evening at home to see how I was doing. All in all, a very professional, caring group.
The appointment to have my teeth "deep cleaned" went much better than I anticipated. I have another appointment next week and I am not worried about it. Thank you!
You make me wait 20 to 25 minutes for a 2 minute appointment plus you still haven't returned my overpayment, even though I requested it while waiting for my appointment.
Was not told before entering examination room that my Dental Ins. was not accepted and it was going to cost me $99.00 just for exam.
Dr. Bergens, your prices keep going up and up and I fear I may not be able to afford your services. Sincerely Albert Hopkins
