I am very disappointed that the laser surgery that was performed has not been effective.
Everyone was very professional. The visit was a pleasant experience
No/minimal pain, willing to answer all questions without reservation. Showed an interest in the patient and process.
MY LAST VISIT i WAS NOT AWARE WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GET MEDICINE. IN OTHER WORDS I DID NOT KNOW THE PROCESS THAT THE DOCTOR WOULD BE CUTTING INTO MY GUMS. MA BE LET THE PATIENT KNOW A HEAD TIME. THANKS WAYNE
I felt taken care of during a stressful time, and Glenda and Dr. Bergens treated me as I would hope and expect to be treated--I don't take it for granted, though, even though I expect it because it is not the norm for medical professionals to treat patients like whole human beings.

I was very comfortable except the part where threads were removed hurt. I am not certain of the future plans for when I can get my next appts. Apparently it will be a long time in coming. Your staff is very thoughtful of your patients.
In regards to question #2, there was something said about needing gum enhancement on 2 teeth in the future, but there was no indication of when, what was involved, and financial cost. I should have followed up with more questions--my bad! I do need to be able to antipathetic future dental procedures for FLEX budgeting.
