The appointment time you had on your schedule was 9:00AM. The time on my appointment card says 11:00 AM. Missed the appointment and you have no more openings until after January. Thinking of finding another Periodontist.
I would like to be covered by a dental plan, but to my knowledge, Dr. Bergens doesn't offer one that fits me. I'm on Medicare, but I have a plan that does not cover dental. That's my only issue.
Due to the extensive nature of the procedure, I really wish that I had been presented with the option of going to a surgery center that had general anesthesia. Also the assistant told me to alternate the Motrin & the other pain medication which contradicted the written materials. I didn't notice this until later and feel that if I had taken them together per the written materials that I would be much more comfortable than I am now 3 days after the procedure. I was about to move your Palm Coast office because an employee hang on me 3 times (three) when I was attempting an appointment on June or July. But the Daytona Office it's closer to me.
I have already referred a friend and neighbor to Dr Bergens for implants. I am in need of financial assistance and wish there was some kind of government dental help for senior citizens that are unable to afford any kind of a dental plan.
I was really concerned by the cost and how my insurance would probably not cover it!
There is no need to change anything.Friendliness is of the utmost importance to me. I thank you for that.
If you make it any more comfortable, no one will ever go home.😄 I'm already thinking about bringing a fishing pole and just camping outside your door!
