The deal was made over the phone and everything was ready to go by the time I traveled 2 1/2 hours the next day. Any issues with the car were rectified there or at another dealership close to home. No problem. Worth the trip.

They stand by the Honda product and always make every attempt to service the customer fairly. I have bought several cars from Joe Thibodeau and the service guys, Ryan, Jeff, Brad are awesome! If there was an issue we would also call them first. They have never steered me wrong and even taking the time to check for small items that a car owner wouldnt check they check and if there is an issue they call with in minutes of finding problems to ask what to do. This is the reason I continue to use Berlin City service department.
