Service was for a voluntary recall on the harness carrying wires to backup camera. Decided get oil changed to kill two birds with one stone. (Apologies to bird lovers). Estimation for time of completion was "right on". Recall was at Honda's expense. Oil change and rotation of tires was free due to age and mileage of my Ridgeline. Very friendly, customer orientated staff. Great experience.
My experience over the last year has been great. I recently had a recall visit. They were informative and make you feel at home.

The car was initially not going to be completed when stated. When I called to pick it up, they said "oh there was a family emergency and they couldn't complete it." I replied "it needs to be completed by the time I was given because on Monday (it was Friday) it has to be at Moody's for some work. We have an appointment and a rental car scheduled." I like this dealership b/c I can usually schedule service within a few days of calling. This time I also accepted their offer of a free appraisal as I have been considering a trade-in. Not only did a simple oil change and tire rotation take nearly 3 hours (!), but they didn't complete an appraisal and no follow up. Oh, well - very comfortable waiting area and my car is well-maintained.
I liked the way everyone was focused on fixing my car even ordering the parts if they were not in stock.
