"Best Ever" Polite, efficient, friendly, professional. Can't beat it. Setting up appointment easy. Coming in and getting into service area easy. Shuttle service to house and back fantastic.
"Easy and convenient service" It was easy checking in and checking out. Service personnel were polite and attentive. Waiting area was very well-stocked and comfortable. We were there for an airbag recall repair.

"Excellent customer service experience!" After arriving at the dealership for a 10:00 AM Maine State inspection sticker, I quickly realized how busy the service department was at that time. "Going to have your car worked on usually isn’t fun. " Berlin City changed that. Compared to the Honda dealership I was previously dealing with, Berlin City is a dream. I can not say enough about the customer service. As for the quality of the work, time will tell; however, I believe that I am going to be very satisfied. This appointment was for a routine oil change and 20,000 mile check up. Thanks for your friendly service and efficient work. Bobby made it happen.
