"Excellent Service" My Service Advisor Eric went out of his way to make sure an unplanned repair to my Pilot was taken care of quickly and even took the time to explain to me what other repairs may be needed in the future. He made sure that this caused the least disruption to my busy life. I brought my Pilot in to a Honda dealership out of state (not by choice as I was traveling) to get a headlight replaced and they discovered a few concerns. "Happy with the service" I was just there for oil change, but as usual at this dealership, the work was done competently and in a reasonable amount of time. The customer service here is excellent.
"Excellent Service Experience" Bobby Ramos, my Service Advisor, provided me with an exceptional customer service experience. He is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. I brought my car in because of a Honda recall related to the passenger airbag inflater and also for a state safety inspection. The recall problem was handled immediately. "Excellent salesman " Dana Rowe was courteous and professional. He promptly and truthfully answered my questions. Made the buying experience efficient as well as unstressful. Dealing with Wayne Hill, the finance, paperwork person was equally pleasant. He respected our decisions and did not pressure us.
"My CRV just a baby at 60,000." Easy flexible hours. Always willing to work around my schedule. The service department takes pride in keeping my vehicle running well and dependable. Bobby is always willing to answer my questions and explain the service schedule.
"Professional and courteous service" Bobby Ramos is the epitome of customer service. I think this is now my third time in. He remembers everything that we've discussed previously and makes recommendations on service versus upselling something that I don't need. It's actually a very calming experience when dealing with him.
"quick, organized, efficient" I responded to a mailing and Berlin City was prepared to come right to the point with several options around trading in one lease and selecting a replacement. I had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered, but was contacted and were completed the deal in about an hour!
"I went to Dean for some paint touch ups on bumps and scrapes" Ryan was excellent as his job. When it came time to get me to my office, there had been a snafu with the shuttle and he drove me to work in his personal vehicle! Dean did an excellent job on the three spots (one he saw that I had not), it was done on time and I appreciate that.
"Replaced the (4) Tires on my 2017 Honda CRV EX-L" The Service Advisor, Bobby Ramos, was extremely helpful, thorough, and courteous during my service visit. He was instrumental in helping me select the tire brand for my car at a fair price, and as a result, I decided to have the tires replaced by Berlin City Honda. Bobby got me in same day for the service which I appreciated.
